205(이하 ‘운영자’)는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 빙글정원을 제공합니다. 이 방침은 게임과 관련 문의에서 처리하는 정보, 이용 목적, 보관 및 삭제 방법을 설명합니다. 문의: 205@205.kr.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

2. 광고와 분석, 기기 권한
현재 게임에는 광고와 인앱 결제 기능이 없으며, 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤 광고·마케팅 메시지 발송에 사용하지 않습니다. 운영자 설정에서 Firebase Analytics 수집을 비활성화하고 광고 식별자 관련 권한을 제외합니다. Firebase Crashlytics는 사용하지 않습니다. 이는 인증·온라인 기능과 Google Play Games 자체의 기술·분석·진단 정보 처리까지 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 게임은 정밀 위치, 연락처, 마이크, 카메라를 요청하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 정보를 제공받거나 처리하는 서비스
온라인 인증 및 맵 데이터 저장에는 Google의 Firebase Authentication·Cloud Firestore, 게임 로그인·업적에는 Google Play Games를 사용합니다. 요청한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 정보를 해당 서비스로 전송하며 전송 구간에는 HTTPS 등 암호화 통신을 사용합니다. Google과 GitHub 등 서비스 제공자의 시스템은 미국 등 이용자 거주 국가 밖에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 각 제공자의 처리·보관 정책도 적용됩니다.
이용자가 공개를 선택한 맵 내용·표시 이름·집계 정보는 다른 이용자가 볼 수 있습니다. 법적 의무 이행이나 보안 사고·권리 침해 대응에 필요한 경우에 한해 관련 정보를 처리·제공할 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 기간과 삭제
온라인 계정과 등록 콘텐츠는 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 계정 삭제 요청은 본인 확인 후 30일 이내 처리합니다. 삭제 작업의 복구용 백업과 삭제 완료 기록은 삭제 완료 후 30일 이내 폐기합니다. 문의·본인 확인 과정의 개인정보는 해당 처리 목적이 끝나면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 법률상 보존 의무로 일부 정보의 추가 보관이 필요한 경우 대상·사유·기간을 별도로 안내하고 필요한 범위로 제한합니다.
계정 삭제는 운영자가 확인 후 수동으로 처리합니다. 요청 접수 자체가 즉시 삭제 완료를 뜻하지 않습니다. 서버의 계정, 본인 등록 맵과 연결 데이터, 본인 평점·신고·개인별 플레이 기록을 삭제하고 필요한 집계를 조정합니다. 개인을 식별하지 않는 전체 플레이 수 등의 집계는 남을 수 있습니다. 전자 파일과 서버 레코드는 해당 시스템의 삭제 기능으로 제거하며, 복구용 백업도 위 기한 안에 폐기합니다.
5. 계정·데이터 삭제 요청 및 이용자 선택
앱의 정보 → 계정 및 데이터 → 삭제 요청 보내기을 이용하거나 205@205.kr로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱을 다시 설치하거나 웹사이트에 로그인할 필요가 없습니다. 가능한 경우 앱 정보 화면의 사용자 ID를 알려주세요. ID를 모르면 다른 확인 방법을 문의할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 요구하지 않습니다.
열람·정정·처리 중단이나 특정 데이터 삭제도 같은 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인과 서비스에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 요청할 수 있으며, 요청 범위에 따라 일부 온라인 기능을 사용할 수 없게 됩니다. Google Play Games 연결을 이용하지 않아도 기본 캠페인을 플레이할 수 있습니다.
기기 안의 진도·코인·설정·로컬 맵·업적 기록은 서버 계정 삭제만으로 지워지지 않습니다. Android의 앱 정보에서 저장공간을 삭제하여 제거할 수 있으며 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. Google 계정과 Google Play Games 프로필·업적 데이터는 Google의 계정·Play Games 설정에서 별도로 관리·삭제하세요. 앱 삭제만으로 이미 서버에 등록한 데이터가 모두 삭제되지는 않습니다.
6. 13세 미만 이용자
빙글정원은 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 13세 미만을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하거나 마케팅하지 않습니다. 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 제공되었다고 판단되면 보호자는 205@205.kr로 연락할 수 있으며, 확인 후 해당 정보를 삭제합니다. 개인정보 처리에 동의할 수 있는 연령과 보호자 동의 요건은 거주 국가에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
7. 안전한 처리와 변경 안내
인증과 접근 제어, 암호화 통신을 사용하고 운영상 필요한 범위에서 정보에 접근합니다. 모든 전송·저장 방식의 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 수정일과 내용을 갱신하고, 이용자 권리에 중요한 영향을 주는 변경은 필요한 안내 또는 동의 절차를 거칩니다.

This mobile puzzle game is intended for people aged 13 and older. The basic campaign remains available if Google Play Games sign-in is unsuccessful. Online community features and Google Play Games achievements use authentication and a network connection.
Information and purposes
- On-device game data: campaign progress, coins, settings, local maps, assistance and achievement records, and blocked creators are stored on the device to resume play and prevent duplicate rewards or submissions. We do not automatically upload the campaign save file or unpublished local maps to our server.
- Authentication: Firebase user IDs (including anonymous accounts), authentication state, and linked Google Play Games player identifiers, display names and authentication information support sign-in, ownership checks and achievements. Google Play Games processes game profiles, including gamer names and avatars. The game does not ask for or store your Google password.
- Community content: submitted map titles, creator names and user IDs, puzzle layouts and answers, submission times, ratings, and map play receipts (user ID, session identifier and time) support map delivery, search, sorting, rating totals and duplicate prevention. Map titles, creator display names, map content, aggregated ratings and play counts may be visible to other users.
- Achievements: condition and unique level/map records are stored locally. Earned achievements and the connected account are sent to Google Play Games when signed in. Google settings control the visibility and management of your Play Games profile.
- Reports and requests: reported content and reasons, requester IDs, request timestamps and status support moderation, identity checks and deletion. If you email us, we process your reply address and the information you choose to send to handle the request.
- Technical data: Firebase Authentication may process IP addresses, user agents, SDK/platform information and app identifiers for authentication, security, abuse prevention and service improvement. Google Play Games collects analytics and diagnostics for SDK stability and improvement. GitHub Pages hosts these web pages and may process access logs for hosting and security.
Advertising, providers and security
The current game has no ads or in-app purchases. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalized advertising or marketing messages. Firebase Analytics collection is disabled in the operator's app configuration, advertising-ID-related permissions are excluded, and Firebase Crashlytics is not used. This does not disable data needed by authentication, online features or Google Play Games itself. The game provides no features requesting precise location, contacts, microphone or camera access.
Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore provide online accounts and community storage; Google Play Games provides gaming sign-in and achievements. Necessary data is transmitted over encrypted connections such as HTTPS. Providers including Google and GitHub may process information in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. Their linked privacy policies above also apply. Information may be processed or disclosed as necessary to meet legal obligations or address security incidents and rights violations. Access controls and encrypted communication reduce risk, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Online accounts and submitted content are retained while needed to provide the service. Following identity verification, we process account deletion within 30 days. Recovery backups and deletion-completion records are discarded within 30 days after deletion is completed. Personal information in enquiries and identity checks is removed without undue delay when that purpose ends. If law requires longer retention, we separately explain the affected information, reason and period and limit what is retained.
Deletion is handled manually by the operator; submitting a request is not immediate completion. We delete the server account, your uploaded maps and associated data, your ratings and reports, and identifiable map-play receipts, and adjust relevant totals. Non-identifying aggregate play counts may remain. Server records and electronic files are removed using the relevant systems' deletion functions, and recovery copies are discarded within the period above.
Your choices
Request account or data deletion
In the game, open Info → Account and data → Send deletion request, or email 205@205.kr. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to this website. Include the user ID from the game's information screen if available; if you no longer have it, ask us about another verification method. Never send a password or verification code. You may also request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of specific information. We may need minimal information to verify ownership, and deleting required data can make some online features unavailable.
Server deletion does not erase on-device progress, coins, settings, drafts or local achievement records. These can be removed through Android's app storage settings and may not be recoverable. Manage your Google account and Google Play Games profile/achievement data separately in Google's settings. Uninstalling the game alone does not erase submitted server data.
Children and policy changes
The game is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from or market to them. Parents or guardians can contact us if a child under 13 has provided information; we will verify and delete it. Consent age and parental-consent requirements vary by country. We update this page and its date when the policy changes and provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes where required.
