계정·데이터 삭제 요청
앱을 더 이상 사용할 수 없어도 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 페이지는 로그인이나 앱 재설치를 요구하지 않습니다.
메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 사용하는 이메일 서비스에서 205@205.kr로 보내세요. 제목은 ‘빙글정원 계정 삭제 요청’으로 적어주세요.
요청에 적을 내용
- 요청 대상: 빙글정원 계정과 관련 데이터 전체, 또는 삭제하려는 데이터의 범위.
- 가능한 경우 앱 정보 화면에 표시되는 사용자 ID. 업로드한 맵 제목·ID 등 계정 확인에 도움이 되는 최소한의 정보도 알려줄 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 사용할 수 없거나 ID를 모른다는 점을 알려주면 다른 본인 확인 방법을 안내합니다.
비밀번호, 로그인용 인증 코드, 신분증 사본을 보내지 마세요. 이 링크를 누르기만 해서는 요청이 접수되지 않으며, 작성한 메일을 직접 전송해야 합니다.
앱에서 요청하기
정보 → 계정 및 데이터 → 삭제 요청 보내기에서 확인 후 요청을 보낼 수 있습니다. 접수 이후 해당 계정의 온라인 게시·평점·신고 기능은 제한될 수 있습니다. 접수는 즉시 삭제 완료가 아니며 운영자가 본인과 대상 데이터를 확인합니다.
삭제 범위
- 게임의 Firebase 계정과 연결된 온라인 식별 정보.
- 본인이 등록한 맵 및 해당 맵에 연결된 데이터.
- 본인의 평점, 신고, 개인별 맵 플레이 기록. 다른 이용자의 맵은 유지하고 해당 평점의 집계를 조정합니다.
개인을 식별하지 않는 전체 플레이 수 등의 집계는 남을 수 있습니다. 기기에 있는 진도·코인·설정·로컬 맵·업적 기록은 서버 삭제로 지워지지 않으므로 Android 앱 저장공간에서 별도로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제한 기기 기록은 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
이 요청은 Google 계정 또는 Google Play Games 서비스 자체의 프로필·업적 데이터를 삭제하지 않습니다. 해당 데이터는 Google 계정 및 Play Games 설정에서 별도로 관리하세요.
처리와 보관 기간
운영자 205가 본인 확인 후 30일 이내 삭제를 처리하고 이메일로 요청한 경우 결과를 안내합니다. 복구용 백업과 삭제 완료 기록은 완료 후 30일 이내 폐기합니다. 문의·본인 확인 정보는 목적이 끝나면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 법률상 보존 의무가 있으면 대상 정보·사유·기간을 별도 안내합니다. 자동 삭제가 아니라 운영자 확인 후 수동으로 처리하는 절차입니다.
전체 계정을 유지하면서 특정 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 때도 같은 이메일을 이용하세요.
Request account or data deletion

Email a deletion request to 205@205.kr
If the link does not open a mail app, send an email from your email service to 205@205.kr with the subject “Bingle Garden account deletion request”. State whether you want to delete the entire account and associated data or only specific information. Include the user ID shown in the game's information screen if available. If you have lost access or do not know the ID, tell us and we will explain an alternative ownership check. Never send a password, verification code or copy of an identity document. Clicking the link alone does not submit a request; you must send the email.
You can also request deletion in the game under Info → Account and data → Send deletion request. Online posting, rating and reporting may be restricted after a request. A request is not immediate deletion; the operator checks ownership and processes it manually.
What is deleted
- Your game's Firebase account and associated online identifiers.
- Your uploaded maps and data associated with those maps.
- Your ratings, reports and identifiable map-play receipts. Other users' maps remain; relevant rating totals are adjusted.
Non-identifying aggregate play counts may remain. On-device progress, coins, settings, local maps and achievement records must be removed separately in Android's app storage settings and may not be recoverable. This request does not delete your Google account or your Google Play Games profile/achievement data; manage those separately in Google's settings.
Timing and retained records
Following ownership verification, 205 processes deletion within 30 days and sends a result to email requesters. Recovery backups and deletion-completion records are discarded within 30 days after completion. Enquiry and identity-check information is removed without undue delay when its purpose ends. If law requires longer retention, we separately explain the information, reason and period. This is an operator-managed process, not an automated deletion service.
